Jacob absolutely understood the assignment when he planned this trip as part of my Christmas present—a little winter escape that doubled as a Valentine’s getaway. We packed up, grabbed Toast, and headed to Kingston for a weekend full of cozy mountain vibes, amazing food, and the perfect amount of vintage shopping.

Highlights? Phoenicia Diner is worth the hype (seriously, I’d go back just for that breakfast), some vintage shopping had me questioning if I had enough room in my suitcase (I did not), and nothing beats curling up while snow falls. Just peak snuggle mode with my fave person and our little adventure pup (who loves eating snow apparently...).
